New homes in north Kent come to the market
This comes at an exciting time for the Medway area, as the development at St Peter’s Village in Wouldham began last year and housebuilding will commence early this year. This development will provide a new bridge over the River Medway with excellent connections between the M20 and the M2 and a new railway station. The project won’t be completed for several years, but it is worth keeping an eye on.
