Last week I hit a major business milestone and although this post is not specifically about Medway property, Medway property has been a large factor in my success. Incredibly it has been three years since I started my letting agency. During that time I have gained so much knowledge and insight into Medway, the market and how the two marry together, that I wanted to take a moment to thank all of my subscribers, readers and supporters who have offered advice and guidance, and have trusted and supported me in achieving my business goals.

This birthday celebration has coincided very nicely with a recognition of entrepreneurship from Property Tribes. They have created “Young Entrepreneurs Week” – a celebration of young property people aged 30 and under. Inspiring other young people by offering help and advice is something that I find hugely rewarding. You can watch my full interview with Property Tribes here:

2018 has probably been the toughest year of my life but equally the best year. I have gained a greater appreciation of life, greater mental and physical strength, and learnt a few harsh lessons in business. But out of every single difficulty, failure or challenge has arisen something much, much better. And I’m excited to see what the next chapter of this story looks like. I have rapid expansion plans in place to extend Home-Share to other towns across the country, and there will be plenty of Medway Property News coming your way too!
